Private hotel viewing

• Slots are available in 30 min blocks
• Maximum of two guests allowed at any one time
• You may bring your hamsters in their carriers

As of 24/09/23, we will be charging a $10 fee per appointment. Upon a successful booking after viewing, the amount will be offset from your final booking charges.

Slots are available by appointment only. Regrettably, we do not allow children below the age of 12 within the hotel. Please read our Viewing Guidelines and disclaimer on Cancellations and No-Shows below.

Come and experience The Hamster Hotel for yourself. We warmly welcome prospective guests for private viewings so we can show you (and your hamsters) how their staycation would be like. We will be happy to answer your questions regarding our boarding services

• Our door is locked, kindly ring the doorbell and we will come to attend to you
• Contact us if you are unable to attend or would like to cancel your viewing
  
• In light of Covid-19, we would like to request all furmummies and daddies to keep your mask on during the visit

Kindly Do Not…

• Bring hamsters with contagious diseases to the hotel
• Bring children under the age of 12 years old
  
• Touch the hamsters under our care

Cancellation of Viewings and No-Shows

If you are unable to attend your viewing after placing a booking, we would like to hear from you at least 2 hours prior to us expecting you, so that we may cancel and release your viewing slot to another interested party. While we do not collect deposits for viewings, we regret that no-shows will be blacklisted and treated with lower priority in future interactions with The Hamster Hotel. This includes but does not limit itself to ineligibility for future discounts and promotions.
