Come and browse our range of accessories, hideouts and food from various providers, both local and overseas! All items are hamster-safe, and come from reputable sources!

As we may are busy with our boarding services, this service is by Appointment Only.

Please take note :

• Our door is locked, kindly ring the doorbell and we will come to attend to you
• Contact us if you are unable to attend or would like to cancel your viewing

Cancellation and No-Shows

If you are unable to pop by for your appointment, do give us a 2 hours heads-up at minimum!

While we do not collect deposits for viewings, we regret that no-shows will be blacklisted and treated with lower priority in future interactions with The Hamster Hotel. This includes but does not limit itself to ineligibility for future discounts and promotions.
