If you are unable to pop by for your appointment, do give us a 2 hours heads-up at minimum!
While we do not collect deposits for viewings, we regret that no-shows will be blacklisted and treated with lower priority in future interactions with The Hamster Hotel. This includes but does not limit itself to ineligibility for future discounts and promotions.

"I thought Fluffy was skittish so I was quite worried about boarding him at first. However see him via 24/7 spy cam - happily running on the wheel, foraging and enjoying endless treats, he looked so comfortable throughout his stay. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my little ham, he truly enjoyed his mini vacation here!"

During check-in, Fafa was noticed with a little wound on her fingers (even I myself didn’t notice), so the staff helped to clean it and check everyday to ensure Fafa is perfectly fine. Fafa loves to stay at the hotel and will surely come back again."
