Come shop our range of natural accessories, hideouts and food! As we may be busy tending to guests who need medical assistance, we are only operating on appointment basis. Please book an appointment before heading down to avoid disappointment!

• Our door is locked, kindly ring the doorbell and we will come to attend to you
• Contact us if you are unable to attend or would like to cancel your viewing
  
• In light of Covid-19, we would like to request all furmummies and daddies to keep your mask on during the visit
  
  

Cancellation of Viewings and No-Shows

If you are unable to attend your appointment after placing a booking, we would like to hear from you at least 2 hours prior to us expecting you, so that we may cancel and release your viewing slot to another interested party. While we do not collect deposits for viewings, we regret that no-shows will be blacklisted and treated with lower priority in future interactions with The Hamster Hotel. This includes but does not limit itself to ineligibility for future discounts and promotions.
