  • 100x50x50cm fully furnished suites with choice of dust free bedding / kitchen towels / pee pads (as needed depending on care requirements)

  • Medicine feeding/syringe feeding/wound cleaning (if necessary)
  • Gut massage/force feeding/bloating post operational care (if necessary)
  • Chauffeured vet appointments (if necessary, chargeable add on)
  • Nebulization/oxygen therapy on standby (if necessary)

  • Complimentary digging substrates and materials (if able, depending on requirements)
  • Complementary set of herbs, flowers and sprays (if able, depending on requirements)
  • Complimentary sand replacement (if able, depending on requirements)

  • Complimentary provision of premium seed mix and protein of your choice for entire stay, bespoke special seed mixes available for certain conditions (menu will be provided upon booking)
  • Climate controlled environment (Air conditioned, low humidity, air purified!)
  • Daily spot cleaning, sand replacement and overall setup cleanliness

*All medications will be fed according to vet requirements strictly, including twice/thrice daily feeding at required times (We have a night shift)*

Fuss-free and excellent care!

"I thought Fluffy was skittish so I was quite worried about boarding him at first. However see him via 24/7 spy cam - happily running on the wheel, foraging and enjoying endless treats, he looked so comfortable throughout his stay. "It was the 2 nd time we left our Biscuit with The Hamster Hotel and it will not be the last time most definitely! We have peace of mind leaving our little heart with them. They are great professionals and most importantly, they love the hammies and they are very caring with all of them. We love that we have access to the camera to see our Biscuit and we can always tell that she always enjoys her stay there every time. During check-in, Fafa was noticed with a little wound on her fingers (even I myself didn’t notice), so the staff helped to clean it and check everyday to ensure Fafa is perfectly fine.
